Returns for apparel are for store credit ONLY. Certain other items will be non-returnable. These include but are not limited to: swimwear, accessories, shoes, beauty products, gift cards, and sale items. A return request MUST be issued via the form below to receive approval.
- Returnable items must include Shop VOLATILE tag intact, be unworn, unwashed, and in NEW condition as received within 14 days of delivery date.
- Returns MUST be sent to us and not the manufacturer.
- Store credit will be issued for the items purchase price only -- does not include shipping. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
- The acceptance of returns are subject to VOLATILE’s discretion.
- Incorrect or damaged orders will be exchanged if stock allows, if not available, the order will be refunded. If your order is incorrect or damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery.
- Any reduced-price or sale items cannot be returned. These items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Please note that item colors may differ slightly in person.
