Express Shipping is a flat rate of $19.95.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number at the email provided at checkout once the order is processed and shipped.

Additional Info

International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes upon arrival to the destination country. These are billed by the destination country's customs department. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges by customs, as we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict them.

You consent to pay duties and taxes as required by the destination country by placing an international order with us. Our international shipping option only covers the shipping cost and not any duties or taxes. Please contact your country's customs department to determine the duties and taxes.

Undeliverable/Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility as the buyer to provide accurate shipping information. If you find that you have entered any shipping information incorrectly, please email us at orders@shopvolatile.com as soon as possible. Please note that there is only a small window of time that we can correct this information. If the address you enter is incorrect or your package is otherwise unable to be delivered to the provided address, you will be responsible for any additional postage needed.

Lost Packages

Volatile will not be held responsible for any packages lost once they have left our warehouse for shipment. If you feel your package is lost, please contact USPS to submit a claim.
